Our design experts will exceed your expectations by helping you select the right colors and finishes for your product, all while keeping your cost down. We use state of the art software such as Freehand, illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Indesign.

Pre-Press Service

Pre-press

Pre-press is the most important step in creating your masterpiece. Therefore, we have a dedicated staff of thirteen people plus two supervisors working in two shifts to ensure the quality and make sure your job is processed on time. What is pre-press one might as ask? It defines all the processes that occur after a graphic designer has created a design file until it is ready for printing or is printed.

Pre-press typically involves the following processes:

Checking and verifying the design file for format, fonts and resolution.
Matching the computer-generated color codes with print color codes.
Aligning and formatting the layout for print
Creating a sample or proof of the design before it goes into bulk printing.
Printing plates for offset printing.

Our Komori and Heidelberg machines are the main focus in our company. We’ve carefully acquired equipment that brings us the right combination of incomparable print quality and efficiency. Our machines can handle anything from short-run flyers, brochures and visiting cards, to high volume books, magazines, and complex packaging. We strive to impress our clients with the quality and speed of our print production.

Staff

We have a dedicated staff of eighteen people and a supervisor who has been serving Kodwavi Printing Services for last 28 years. our highly trained staff and management have vast experience in various technical aspects of printing, ensuring quality and efficient deliveries to customers.
